Activities in the Capital Market     

The Securities Department of the Bank of Jerusalem has been active in the capital market since March 1, 2002. The seat on the Stock Exchange and the securities activities have been transferred to the Bank of Jerusalem from the bank’s subsidiary, Jerusalem Capital Markets.Jerusalem Capital Markets is a fully owned subsidiary of the Bank. In the past, it handled all the Bank of Jerusalem’s brokerage and portfolio management activities. The company is now active in investment portfolio management and management of employee option plans.The wealth of experience and goodwill that Jerusalem Capital Markets had amassed in its 30 years of activity in the capital market formed the basis on which the Securities Department was established. The Department is an integral part of the activities of the Bank of Jerusalem, a commercial bank that focuses on real estate, the capital market, savings, and international banking.Clients of the Securities Department include institutions, public corporations, and private clients in Israel and abroad.
